Formula Regional | First Testing Moved to Imola
Major changes have been made to the tests' calendar of Formula Regional European Championship by Alpine.
There are 12 days left (as of today 5th of March) for FRECA to come back to some track action: the testing session originally planned in Imola for 7th-8th of April has been brought forward to the 17th-18th of March as preparations for the Formula 1 Grand Prix will be going on in that period. This means that the first outing for FRECA will happen earlier than planned, as the first testing session was planned (it is planned still but is not the first one anymore) a week later in Montmeló. This change isn't the only one that was made to the calendar, though.

Another two-day of testing has been added right after Montmeló and that is going to be in Le Castellet, at the "Circuit de Paul Ricard" between March 30th-31st.

Futhermore, the pre-event testing session that was planned in Mugello on the 6th of October has been brought forward too to the 13th-14th of April. This will make it a total of 8 days of testing before the start of the season, not including the pre-event testing in Spa-Francorchamps on the 21st of April right before the first race of the season between the 23rd-25th of April. No further changes have been made to the races' calendar.
